Express Services delivers Pool Cleaning Service, Weekly Pool Service, Monthly Pool Service, Green Pool Recovery, Water Balance Service, Filter Cleaning Service, Pool Maintenance, Residential Pool Care. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. T.L.C. Express Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of T.L.C. Express Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T.L.C. Express Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
